Cancellation policy: When booking in to redeem your Gift voucher please quote the 4 didgit gift voucher number.We require 48hrs notice for any cancellations. Should you not arrive for your scheduled appointment or reduce the treatment time we have rserved especially for you, the full amount will apply and gift vouchers are automatically void without notice.
